Days 1–30

Days 61–90

Stability & Forward Direction
 

  • Confirm pricing produces target gross margin
     

  • Lock in the weekly review structure
     

  • Set 3–5 priorities for the next 6 months
     

  • Transition from reactive to deliberate leadership


Objective: Stabilize and prepare for disciplined growth.

Engagement Parameters

  • I work with a small number of owners at a time
     

  • I work directly with the owner or final decision maker
     

  • Weekly working sessions are required
     

  • Basic financial records must exist
     

  • You must be willing to make changes


This is selective by design.

After the 90 Days

This engagement is structured to restore financial clarity, operating discipline, and decision control within a defined 90-day period.

The objective is stability — not dependency.

In most cases, the work concludes at that point and the owner continues operating within the installed structure.

In select situations, a limited extension or periodic review may be discussed if doing so strengthens independence rather than prolongs reliance. Any continuation is intentional, scoped, and mutually agreed.

There is no automatic ongoing advisory relationship.
