Why This Work

This is a deliberately small advisory practice.

Engagements are limited in number and defined in scope.

The intent is focused intervention — not scale, not volume, and not perpetual retainers.

I work with a small number of owner-operators at a time.

That constraint is intentional.

It preserves attention, discretion, and independence.

The goal is to stabilize and strengthen the business.

Continuation, when appropriate, is selective and structured — not assumed.
